1 Definitions and Scope

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the huzy platform and all its services and products. The following definitions are used throughout this document:

• "Platform" refers to the huzy website, mobile application, and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "Player" refers to any person who has created an account on the huzy platform or is using the service.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account registered on huzy.

3 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to create an account and use gaming services on huzy:

• You must create the account in your own name.

• You are of sound mind and are using this service entirely of your own free will.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳32,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Some games may be ineligible for bonus wagering — please see the current promotion details.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• huzy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at its discretion.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

If huzy determines that a player is abusing the bonus system, huzy reserves the right to forfeit the relevant bonus funds and any winnings earned through them.

6 Gaming Rules

8 Account Suspension and Closure

huzy may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any clause of these terms.
• If fraud or dishonest conduct is suspected.
• In the event of failure to complete identity verification.
• If a security risk is anticipated.
• If required for legal or regulatory reasons.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Before submitting a closure request, ensure all valid balances have been withdrawn.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, you may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. In this case, huzy will promptly apply the necessary restrictions to your account.
